Nearly 1 month postop and still have pain

Hi guys, I was sleeved July 28th and all of my incisions have healed nicely. I still have quite a bit of pain in my right incision where they pulled my stomach out. It's like a burning pain around the incision site. The only thing that helps is wearing a compression garment to support the site, but by the end of the day, even that doesn't help. Anybody else experience pain like this so long postop? I'm frustrated, because I feel like I have the energy to do more, but the pain keeps me from doing it. I have my 1 month follow up with surgeon next week.

I was sleeved on July 26th... I have no pain. I feel if you're a bigger person though, the tools have to go deeper and do more damage. This is my experience in the years I've been a nurse. I had a low BMI, started at 208, and down to 181. I have lost 27lbs in 4 weeks. I don't have a lot of energy like you say you do, but relatively no pain.

I am one month out as well and am experiencing pain in two of my incisions. I also feel like I have the energy but have yet to become active out of fear of over exerting myself. A simple trip to the store makes them hurt more. I am not a "Big" person so can debunk bigger people experience more pain theory. I started out at 220 and have lost 26lbs so far. I am hoping the pain stops soon because I can't return to work til it does.

Strangest thing happened. I got up from a chair 2 days ago and sort of stretched when I did and right where the pain was, there was this popping sensation and since then, no pain whatsoever. I am thinking some muscle fibers were growing together incorrectly and causing the muscles to pull or pinching a nerve or something and when I stretched, they finally broke. Whatever happened, I'm sure glad it did. I felt great all day yesterday!
