Get on MyFitnessPal.com. I lost 40 pounds in th 10 weeks before my surgery on June 25, 2013. I got set up on the website then downloaded the app. I am on maintenance now - I have lost 205 pounds. I use MyFitnessPal.com religiously. I believe that it has been the key to my success and will be the key to long term weight management.

Good Luck!

Carol
