What I am eating is not that different from the pureed foods, except that I'm not pureeing them. Today I brought to work: Greek yogurt, cooked fish, and I have "back up" foods like canned white meat chicken and some lentil Soup, plus I keep one serving of Protein powder around. Tonight at home I have Chicken Cacciatore in the crock pot, and you know how the crock pot overcooks things--so it will be nice and soft when I get to it.

I ate turkey chili with no beans, FF refried beans with a little cheese or salsa mixed in, chicken salad with FF mayo, tuna salad... Lots of variety there.
