Unjury chicken soup help!

On my pre-op diet and I just fixed a packet of the Unjury chicken soup. I followed the directions to heat water to 140 degrees or less...even used a thermometer to check it and it still came out SO lumpy...taste was ok but the texture was just like soggy lumpy bread. Any suggestions?

I purchased a mini hand mixer on Amazon. Have not used it yet but I'm thinking it will be ideal for mixing protein powders and such. It was pretty cheap and has surprising power for such a tiny mixer. You might try that .... hope it helps you!

I had a lot better luck with that protein powder when I kept the temperature under 130 degrees. Good luck!

I found it's better to used use a shaker bottle or blender my Protein powders. I always get clumps when I stir them. Hope this helps.
