I am scheduled to receive the Lap Band AP in a little over a month. My surgeon is Hongchan Lee at Chan Bari Art in Seoul. I was curious if there are any other banders living here in South Korea. Also I welcome any suggestion of how to prepare for my first few weeks post-op.

Thanks for the response, I appreciate it It may sound like a silly question but what is the heat pack for? I see it mention but I haven't come across why or what people are using them for post-op.

I used the heating pad for the pain in my port area and on my left shoulder.
