Out of Pocket costs for Medicaid in Ohio?

Hello! I will be losing my insurance in September, and will be on Medicaid temporarily. Unfortunately, this will be in month 4/6 of a supervised diet, and then surgery... I am hoping everything goes smoothly, and that I am approved. In the meantime, all I can do is keep going and prepare as best I can. My PCP and surgeon accept medicaid, but I am wondering if any of you who had wls with medicaid in Ohio are willing to share out of pocket costs? I had everything figured out, and now I am worried I won't be able to afford it. Thank you!

I thought Medicaid paid everything?

I have no idea, I have zero experience with medicaid, and they weren't any help on the phone since I'm not on it yet. If I time things right and don't have any hangups, my surgery will be shortly after the insurance switch. I'm hoping someone here will be more knowledgeable than I am. :)

As far as i know medicaid cover all costs for your surgery. I have never heard of anyone with medicaid having to pay any out of pocket costs so dont worry u should be just fine.
