Protein shakes and vitamins

What are some recommendations for brands of protein powders and vitamins? I got a bunch of samples from Barilife, has anyone heard of them?

Of all the protein I tried from Pure Protein, Premier Protein, EAS, Isopure my favorite is Unjury chocolate splendor powder. You can go on Unjury website and order a sample/starter pack and they will send you 2 envelopes of 5 flavors to try. The premade shakes after surgery are now way to sweet for me. For vitamins I use trader joes chewable multi and get a chewable calcium from celebrate vitamins. Celebrate vitamins has a sample pack you can get for $3 bucks as well and the. If you rider you get a $3 credit in your first order.

I like the Isopure pre-made drinks too. I don't think I could ever stand to drink another chocolate shake for the rest of my life.
