Jaw Pain Teeth Grinding --Off Shoot Of Another Post

So yeah, I've noticed upper jaw pain near my molars. I used to get this pre band and thought it had to do with grinding my teeth subconsciously when I'm stressed. I really catch myself doing when I'm in traffic. But now I've noticed a definate increase in jaw pain. I've been sliming alot lately due to some up's and downs recently so I'm wondering, do saliva glands get swollen?
