195....it's coming off SLOWLY now but it's still coming off (or I've shed 2 lbs of hair this week...feels like a possibility)

ok tired of this stall still 148. Not happy at all I don't know what to do. I have been struggling.

Acampbell- not sure if this will help but have u tried looking back at what youve been eating? How about ur workouts. Maybe change them up a little. Howany cal r u eating a day. Try raising or lowering depending on how much ur eating. When i hit a stall for almost 4 wks i was told to up my cal intake. Apparently i was starving my body cuz i work out so hard. I did and witholin 3-4 days i was losing again. They say about every 6 wks ur body adjusts to what ur doing so we should change things up on our diet and exercise to keep ur body guessing amd losing. 246lbs. Probably won't hit my goal of 240 but I'm a lot closer than when we started this.

Today's weight is 218.5 --But I always round up just in case! So if you need a whole number, use 219 please.

208 lbs this morning. Lost 1 pound this week. Doubt I can lose 8 this week to meet my goal. lol

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive).
