Spicy Food (yummy but need.water.)

Has anyone had any yummy spicy food yet? It is settling just fine but what about the heat and the need to quench it??? Don't tell me I'm off spicy forever!

I love indian food, and the hotter the better. So I asked my surgeon whether I would be able to eat it, and he said, "people in India have this surgery and they eat indian food." Ha ha.

I've eaten spicy food from the outset. Try building your tolerance for spicy food without water. Enjoy the burn! Also, try alternating a couple of bites of spicy food with a small taste of something like plain Greek yogurt. That will take the edge off if you really can't stand it.
