Upstate New York (NY clothing swap)

My surgery is this morning. I have 3 conferences coming up in four weeks. I expect to be needing professional clothes that will be an estimated size 16, which will hopefully only fit for one or two weeks. I have no budget to go and buy clothes, but I can certainly trade my 2x clothes in a week from now.
