Just finished my 6 months required dietician by insurance

Hello all I'm new to this form wanted to say. All my paperwork was sent over to my insurance company on Fri June 22. I have horizon bcbs wonder how long it will take for a response. I'm 36 a mother to a daughter cw 240 .
