Charlie Horse in port

Does anyone else ever get a charlie horse around your port? Ya know, like during the night when you wake up and your calf hurts and contracts and you have to get up and stretch it out? Some call it a charlie horse. I get that around my port from time to time, that muscle contracts and hurts...really hurts. It goes away just like in my calf. But, I wondered if anyone else experienced it and what you do about it.
Thanks!
