It has seemed like a long time since my first fill. I am being careful of what I eat, but can get way to much down. Still eating significantly less, but want to get to that next level. I know, I know.... Patience grasshopper......

Even after your 2nd fill or even if you make it to the green zone you'll still have to be careful how much and what you eat. I'm in the green but the munchies/craving demon still haunts my thoughts.

A Dr. needs to gradually make adjustments so the patient can slowly build up a tolerance to the changes the bad can make....

The amount I have in my band right now, after a series of adjustments.....imagine if the Dr. somehow knew that would be the magic # and gave it all to me during surgery,,,then sent me home.......I cannot imagine...total disaster!!!!
