You are still swollen. You will get hungry. I made a big pot of Paula Deen's chicken noodle Soup with out the noodles. Then I pureed it so it was smooth. I ate this mostly on my full liquid phase bc I was so sick of the sweet Protein shakes. I also ate cream Soups with added unflavored powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury Protein powder. Mix it up. You will find things that satisfy you. There is also pro biotic liquid yogurt drinks, too. There is a lot of protein in those. The Siggi's vanilla is my favorite.

On full liquids I had an Unjury shake in the morning, and either an Atkins shake or cream soup for lunch, and cream soup for dinner.

my Dr. gave me a list of foods. mashed potato's thinned with skim milk, broth, sugar free pudding, cream of wheat, thinned, small curd cottage cheese, and stage 1 baby foods. I have to do this for 3 weeks (yeah! one week to go) and then move on to add a few more foods for 3 weeks. it does get boring but so far things are going well.
