I was banded on May 29, 2014, I have been walking a lot and feel good. I want to bike ride in the morning. My question is do you think it would be a good idea or bad???? All comments welcomed.

I love it. I used to think about what I was going to eat all the time and so far now I don't and no crazy sweet cravings. Please say it stays like this.

Today is my one week post op also and to think I was nervous and scared this is the best decision I made. Looking forward to seeing real results.

Did your doctor give specific diet and calories to take in. I am 3 days post op and never hungry.

I was banded on Thursday but I don't feel that pain. How much are you drinking and is your shake made thin or thick? -
It has been 2 days now and I feel good some soreness and can't do to much but I am happy so far with my decision
