How are you doing ??

I had my band on Friday. I have a little soreness but am feeling positive. Everyone is different with their aches and pains and hopefully you can find answers here that will get you through. If not please call your dr. and ask. He is more than willing to help you through this. Getting ready to go on my first walk. Excited but scared I will run out of breath. Taking my husband so he can help me. Everyone have a blessed day. And thanks for being my other family. <3
