At 3 months 1 wk post - op and NO weight loss in 3 weeks - help

I am 3 months post op - starting weight 328 - current weight 271. I have not lost any weight in about 3 weeks and am starting to worry. I did pretty bad in the beginning, pretty much bypassed the pureed stage and did very badly with the Protein shakes. So I basically starved myself for a while. I just started on the regular diet very recently and am now trying to get my protein in through real food. I don't know if it is a coincidence that I stopped losing around the same time that I started eating or if it just slows down at this point ...

Has anyone else had these issues and does losing pick up again??

Does in anyone recommend anything for a stall? I have a Similar situation going on right now but I have lost a pound a week for 3 weeks! I know it's still a loss but I was loosing more up until recently! I wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong or what !

My Dr today told me to do something different that my body wasn't use to, such as adding weight lifting , run, or squats etc.. If I'm watching tv to do some leg lifts. This is to get your body our of a routine .
