So I am a month out and I feel very lucky because I had a very smooth surgery and recovery. I never threw up, never got sick or nauseated, and I can tolerate just about any food if I chew it well. Still, my favs are the Protein shake and yoghurts.
However I really have to eat every 2-3 hours, if I forget about eating I get sudden stomach cramps, really intense, and I feel like I will pass out. I have to sit down and immediately I have to eat something, like a yoghurt or pudding, and the pain goes away as fast as it came.
Is this happens to anybody else? I hate it, I have a fast paced job and I can not just sit down and eat. I will return to work on Monday and I am worried...
