regular diet

so i am now 7 weeks out and I am on a regular diet. Still eating smal portions but can not tell when I am full. NUT didnt give me any meal plans or anythng to follow, just what I could eat. Having a hard time putting meals together. Anyone have any suggestions or know where I can look for ideas?

Pinterest!!!! Type in gastric sleeve, sleeve gastrectomy or wls recipes and you'll find TONS!!!

Google The World According to Eggface. Pretty much everything you need to know on this topic.

Do not keep eating until you are full. Weigh out your portions for every meal. 4 ozs should be plenty. I invested in a nice digital kitchen scale.

If you eye everything out you will most definitely be over eating. Remember our eyes being bigger than our stomach is what got most of us to where we were. That is something that has not changed for me. When ever I eye something out its always too much.
