Hi tebow fan! I had my surgery yesterday and it was the easiest surgery I have ever had! I did so well I went home today. Very little pain surprisingly! How are you doing?

Same here! I kept reading all these bad post experiences and also a couple of people I met said it will feel like I've been hit in the stomach a bunch. I did not experience any if that. I did get gas in my shoulder and that was not fun, but eventually it went away. My incisions are looking better. I just started adding puréed foods into my diet yesterday with much success.

Let me know if I can offer you any advice. What state are you in?

I'm in CT I don't start puréed until 2 weeks from now. I'm still feeling awesome. I really have been lucky.. Since I had a Tummy Tuck my skin was to right for glue or internal stitches so is have outside stitches.. Can hardly wait to use my mederma on them. That stuff was a lifesaver last time could barely see my scars.

That is great! My doc prescribed scar compound and I have been using. One of my incisions is about an inch and half next to belly button. I wasn't to happy about it. Hopefully it fades or my first tattoo will be there:).

I Ambon Texas and wish you were closer. Sounds like we have similar experiences.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
