Fish does not agree with me

Am currently on soft foods, as I am a month post op. I have made tilapia twice and each time I feel like tightness in my chest and tons of burps. Nothing comes up when I burp and I have been drinking so I don't think anything is stuck. I am not sure that fish is my friend.

My first few times of fish were like this too. Slow down and give yourself time between bites. Don't drink water. This defeats the purpose of the band if you wash the food through too fast

Thanks Sandy. That makes me feel better and will not give up on it. I drank the water after I was done eating and felt it in my chest.
