6 Mo Bloodwork--Fast Prior or Eat Like Normal?

My 6 month checkup with blood work is tomorrow morning. Surgery was 10/15//13. Am I supposed to fast or eat like breakfast like normal. My appointment is at 8:45 am. I don't remember anyone telling me to fast.

Usually you have to fast before major blood work.

Stop eating at 10pm and dont eat anything until after the test... that way you're covered either way. Thats whats nice about morning appointments.
