I'm eight days out and I do too. I'm assuming because I have no fiber intake. I'm on full liquids for 2 weeks. I'm having a hard time getting protein in and this morning had a low blood sugar issue. I'll be glad when I move on to pureed at 2 weeks post-op. I guess the good thing is I'm not hungry at all. I'm down 20 pounds.

It's difficult to get solids out when no solids are going in. Don't worry, soon you will be posting a thread asking just the opposite. :)

BTW, the answer to that question is Milk of Magnesia.
