Interesting Statistics on # of procedures done last 3 yrs

Came upon this today, thought I'd share with y'all. It shows the number of WLS surgeries in the US over the past 3 years. 179,000 WLS surgeries in 2013.

Interesting how RnY and revisions have stayed fairly stable, but Band and Sleeve have traded spots.

Pretty interesting. I'm somewhat surprised the RNY remained so steady. I would have thought there would have been some reduction since a lot of people are choosing sleeve over bypass.
