banded 4 months starting to get a little heartburn

I had surgery in end of November 2013 and have had two adjustments last one was 5 weeks ago. I've lost 46 lbs and I can eat approx 1/2 cup to 1 full cup of food. Or more depending on what it is (sliders try to avoid) all of a sudden in the last week I'm getting heart burn after I eat (none a night) I don't think I'm eating spicy food so I'm baffled. I thought at first it was sore throat because I get reflexive swallowing since banding (allergies I think) I don't know what's going on. Anyone else go thru this?

I don't know about everyone else but I have been on Prilosec since surgery. I haven't had one bit of heartburn or reflux. and I eat spicy. love spicy. call your doctor and see what he says. may have to check for placement. hope you feel better soon
