horrible pain after eating

I just started mushy food phase. Had maybe 10 bites, slowly of course, but now I am in horrible epigastric pain. Anything to get this to relieve?

Thanks.

10 bites? Yes, that's a lot:)

I think your expectation of how much food you can eat this soon may be a bit high. The purée doesn't go down the same as the liquid you have been eating. My rough recollection was about 5 oz. of liquid and when I went to solid about 2 ozs at most. And that feeling you are getting is fullness! I have had to really learn how to pace out my bites so I get a heads up before I add one too many bites.for me , the difference between full and OMG, this hurts is about 2 bites.
