VSG comparison to ovarian surgeries

In the past I have had ovarian drilling, endometriosis burning, and exploratory surgery on my ovaries. Has anyone else been through this who can compare the pain levels between any of those and VSG? Each of those surgeries were done in a similar manner with small incisions in the abdomen and gas pumped in.

Thanks in advance.

I have had procedures done on my ovaries, but they were always done via the vagina. Those I never really had much pain at all. I have also had 2 csections. I found the amount of pain to be about similar to my csections, which wasn't too bad at all. 1 thing that surprised me, and it really shouldn't have, was that I was expecting the pain to be in my "belly". But your stomach is higher in your abdomen and thus the pain was higher. Almost lower chest, just below the breasts. Just take your pain medications and stay on top of the pain so it doesn't sneak up on you, and walk to help with gas! Good luck!
