So lately I feel like I'm taking in to much food. I'm pre op. Surgery is in May. I'm doing well, I've lost 33lbs and i use the treadmill everyday. I fallow the pre op diet, but this week the scale has not moved, and today I ate 1egg+1egg white, with one turkey sausage. Lunch was 2pieces of sliced turkey. And dinner was baked chicken, lettuce and tomato with a low cal dressing, I did have a small scoop of mashed potatoes. But all my food comes to 677 cals. I feel like I ate like a pig!!!!
