Anyone had a butt lift? (On its own, not part of a body-lift)

If anyone has had this, would you mind sharing your experience of it.

Cost, recovery time, technique used, pluses/minuses, etc.

This saggy, flat-butted individual is mulling things over..... :)

I have not had a butt lift, but prior to the surgery I was a chubby chick with a small and slightly rounded butt. I worked for that butt--it had been just a flat space where my legs joined together previous to obtaining the rounded look. It meant working with my trainer who has butt cheeks the size and density of boulders. (I envy her) I did hundreds of lunges and squats with weights and kettlebells. Now, post-surgery, I seem to have lost all my muscle mass in that region. So when I start training again, that will be one of my points of focus.

Good luck finding answers!
