Recepies and food ideas for the mushy stage

I'm 8 days post op I'm off pure liquids and onto soft/purée food. I've made soup and I've blitzed a dinner with success. Other things I've made I've not enjoyed, everything seems very unappetising once it's puréed. Does anyone have tips, food ideas, recipes to share please :-)

I have a page on my blog about recipes you can try :) I've got a LapBand but we go through the pureed stage as well. You can always adapt things to fit your nutritional recommendations. Best of luck to you!

Puréed chili isn't bad. And people always think I'm crazy but mashed potatoes with cottage cheese is really good!
