BMI of 32 and getting a sleeve?

Please do not flame me for asking this. I am over weight. I have tried EVERYTHING. My fear with getting the Sleeve is that I'll lose so much that I will not be able to stop the weight loss. I want/need to lose 60lbs, but absolutely no more than that. Is it possible to stop the weight loss? I am planning on Dr. Alvarez in Mexico.

It seems like a lot of people on here either hit the weight they are happy with and then use higher calories to maintain or they stop losing and have to exercise more or eat less or both to continue to lose. You will most likely know what will work for you :D I wish you good luck and a speedy recovery.

I just noticed you and I are about the same weight but my BMI is 39.9 right now and you are 32?
