I have hesitated sharing before and after pictures on numerous occasions. But here goes. The first picture was a couple of days before surgery. The second picture was about a month ago and I have lost 10 pounds since then. The last picture is me being brave for the camera putting it all out there two weeks ago. Eek!post-232531-14356759406916_thumb.jpg post-232531-14356759532114_thumb.jpg

Shats are

Sw 222

Cw 146

Goal 140

I allow myself to eat what I want. Small portions of course. Very small portions. But I make sure to get 80 ounces of Water a day and at least 60 of Protein. I put in a full gym in my house, actually hubby did. And I utilize it at least 3 days a week. I don't put pressure on myself. Don't want to feel the pressures. Only thing I have not done is sweets. At all. Period. Cut them out 100%. Miss them. But don't do them.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
