Premier Protein Shakes

Recommended Posts

I know that Walmart and walgreens both carry it in a four pack. I just picked some up to try and see if I would like the taste before buying a case of it.

Hope this helps :)

They have it at my local Kroger and Amazon has it.

They have a product locator here:

http://www.premierprotein.com/where-to-buy/

Just go to the link and it should detect your location and show you a map with all the stores nearby where you can buy their drinks. If it doesn't detect your location from your computer, you can put in your zip code and it will generate the info for you.

I absolutely love Premier Protein chocolate flavor. It's not too sweet no after taste and have 30 grams of Protein with just a couple grams of carbs. I've been purchasing from Sam's but plan to order the strawberry off the premier protein website as the buzz is strawberry is even better but can only be ordered off their site. I'm not sure if that's true about not being in stores anywhere but I've only found chocolate & vanilla here in the Atlanta area.

I went on EBay and found some $5.00 off coupons for Premier Protein. I've stocked up. You have to watch the expiration date on them though. A couple of mine expired before I was able to use them.

MMM... I'm using Premier Nutrition chocolate shakes in the Bay Area to lower my carb intake and keep my blood sugar steady during the day. I follow it up at night with a Protein & veggie dinner...Trying to get to a healthy BMI before surgery! I haven't been able to find those darn shakes anywhere, so DH2B & I just ponied up for a costco membership. It's worth it, I think. Seems really expensive to pay for shipping from Amazon....although maybe Prime would help with that.

That's a lot more than I pay so I'll probably pass, but it sounds divine

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
