The consultation went well (I think). The surgeon (Michael Thomas) seems very competent and caring. But there is a ton of pre-op stuff to do even though I am a cash-pay patient! Oh well, at least I will know what kind of health I am in from head to toe after this! I can't wait until I get all this done and get a surgery date. Although, I am a little overwhelmed at this point!

Lainie, you'll be glad that you got a clean bill of health when those tests are done. In the meantime, start drinking (but not w/meals) tons of water and walking regularly. You're on your way to being a Bandster! Yeah!

I am just finishing all of my pre sugery testing. I have one more appt. with the psychologist on thur. and then I am DONE..

It goes by quick but be prepared to be busy..lol
