St. Patrick's Day Challenge

Recommended Posts

Count me in. I know I was a slacker (with weighing in) this past challenge but I promise to get better. Hopefully I will get better with my weight-loss too. I really feel bummed with the results of the Valentine's Day Challenge. I will log on or before Monday to report my starting weight and goal.

Thanks,Bea for all you do!

Please add me to this challenge, too! I will set my goal for 228 and use today's weight of 233 as a starting weight. The weight has been coming off so SLOWLY...hopefully I am not done losing. I just signed up to run a 5K at the end of April and have begun training.

Please add me to this challenge. First one for me. Can't wait. Thank you for the hard work.

One question do you have to create an account in order to update the sheet?

One question do you have to create an account in order to update the sheet?

The sheet is posted in a shared location of mine on the cloud. I don't think you have to have an account as I think the link takes you right to it. It's already posted, so you can try the link and let me know. I really hate putting things in a place you have to subscribe to in order to see so I hope you'll give me feedback if that's the case. Welcome to the challenge!

P.S. I do all the updating of the sheet so you guys don't have to mess with it. You'll know if your data has been added because your update will have a "like" by me. Hope this explains it.

I know we r suppose to weigh in on Monday but I weigh myself on Fridays. I will change to Monday's.

CW: 204.5

Goal weight:190

If you want to report in on Friday's, that's definitely fine with us. I never go by (look at) the days anyway...as soon as someone reports in, I just post the weight to the nearest weigh-in day. Whatever works for you is good for us too. Good luck!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
