Hello. I do have the band. My surgery was March 2009. I had gotten down about 60 pounds. It took me awhile to get to the "sweet" spot. In 2011, I was having pain. They untightened my band. I still had the pain for awhile. I felt that the office disregarded my pain. After that, I kind of gave up.

I have been taking an aquatic spin class and a cardio boxing class, but I need to get back into doing more. My eating habits have not been the best.

What is your location in the Lehigh Valley? I am around Trexlertown/Breinigsville.
