Lap Band Fill/Adjustments No More Insurance

What happens when your insurance no longer covers Lap Band??? Does this mean I have to pay out of my own money??? I need an adjustment asap my band feels too tight it has been about a month now and I can not afford to pay $300-$500 for an adjustment. I am looking for a Lap Band doctor near my area in San Bernardino or LA county who may be reasonably priced for cash patients. Thank You
