I had the best dinner for only 90cal and 19g of protein

I bought boars head blacked turkey breast(paper thin cut) an light Swiss cheese (paper thin cut) and had one slice of meat and one slice of cheese and it was the best food I have had in a month lol. I am supposed to start phase 4 tomorrow but I started today and honestly it didn't upset my sleeve or anything and I was satisfied :) yay

You got 19grams of protein from 1 paper thin slice of turkey and 1 paper thin slice of cheese?.... How is that possible. Most lunch meats serving size are 2oz which is atleast 2-3 slices if it's thin slice...
