How to set up surgery for Dr. Fernando Garcia?

I'm trying to set up a surgery for my brother with Dr. Fernando Garcia. Anyone have ideas on who to contact? The person who did mine is no longer in business.

    Dr. Fernando Garcia can be found at www.tijuanabariatrics.com - just got back from Mexico - my partner had surgery with him 2 weeks ago. Such a great experience. Alisha was the coordinator who set up surgery and Jasse was the coordinator in Mexico.

    Everything went exactly as they said it would. The only thing hat happened to us was it took the driver 2 hours to pick us up at the airport. HE said the border was closed due to an accident. Going into Mexico and the whole rest of the trip was great.
