Cost of gastric sleeve

Am scheduled for a consultation for gastric sleeve on January 20th in new Iberia, Louisiana. I have lived in monroe, Louisiana only since 2012 so this doctor was recommended to me because of the lower cost. I would rather stay here to have it done. Does anyone know what the cost is in this monroe? I am a cash paying patient because my BMI is lower than 40.
