Hello I'm about 60 days away from my 1year anniversary n I've noticed a slow down as well so I increased my calories to 900 n changed my exercise routine n now I'm back to losing a # a week good luck

Yes, weight loss does slow down after you have lost some of the weight.

You have to be dilegent with counting calories because calories sneak in that we end up not counting.

I could never lose if I had more than 30-40 carbs per day, and I had to exercise and break a sweat every day.
