    Hi! This has been a great resource for me. I am also on MyFitnessPal.com. I record absolutely everything I eat. Even if it was a cheat. If I have to record it it makes me acknowledge it. Feel free to friend me there. In the end, only you can keep you on track. That said there are many of us here that you can lean on. We all need an ear every now and then - even a virtual one!

    Hubby got me a FITBIT FLEX wristband for Christmas... It tracks everything and u can download to fitnesspal.com. I am 64 and figured it out.. I know you younger girls will have no problem!

    I have been looking at them. Do you like it so far? Is it waterproof?

    I think it is waterproof! Even tracks your sleep! Ordered it off their website as most stores only carry the black or dark teal and I wanted the light green... I was tired of running to my logbook to keep track of everything! U can set goals on it and it will light up as u progress towards it ( tells u % achieved) pretty fun!

    You still have to track your food though right?

    It tracks it all for you! That is why it is so great. I use it with fitness pal and download in my Mac computer
