EarthyGoalie 253 Posted February 7, 2014 Unfortunately after seeing my surgeon yesterday it was decided that I should not continue with the Challenge at this time. I have put my body in starvation mode again both by dehydration and not eating enough Protein. Please everyone make sure you get enough of both everyday. It is so important to your health. I may join the next challenge but we will see I haven't decided yet. Good luck to you all. I'm sorry to hear this, and I hope you quickly get out of starvation mode and drink drink drink! Not sure how your surgeon determined it but do whatever he/she says to make it o.k for your body. Regardless, it has taken me under my challenge goal and I am now only 1 bmi point off the 'overweight' category!!
