Quest bars are not what they say they are!

Read this article http://romanoroberts...-label-lawsuit/

I love Quest bars but I am careful not to eat them often. I really never could believe that they had so few net carbs.

OD thanks for the post. The lawsuit will be something to follow. I found the story after the PDF links to be even more interesting. Being in IT the whole search engine saga was interesting too

Interesting...I know a lot of people have to be "careful" with Quest bars...which I mean duh, we are all food addicts in one way or another so it's not surprising that people can turn something "healthy" and "good for you" into something that is a danger zone, but interesting that they haven't been 100% honest.

I always wanted to try Quest bars, but they were just too expensive for me... now, maybe not so much.
