No matter how lukewarm this soup is, it clumps and is in the garbage. Who wants tapwater soup??? These companies can bankrupt and worsem the people giving good reviews, I give a thumbs down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just bought the sample and reordered the container. It worked for me when I added it to campbells chicken noodle Soup. I find you have to wisk it to get the clumps out and add a little at a time like tempering so that you dont get the clumping. Try that and see if that works.

I hope you don't mind I moved this thread to the Protein powders forum. If you whisk it with enough cold Water to make a paste and then gradually add the hot water it might not clump. I had the Optifast brand and it said to do it that way. I also found that it was better with milk than water and I had better luck heating it gently on the stove while whisking.

Hi Linda,

I used the unjury chicken Soup Protein. Like others, I added a little Water and used a mini whisk. Or the blender ball cup works well too. I also used a thermometer to get Water as hot as possible without clumping and preheated my cup so it stayed warm.

I use this Protein Powder. I use a fork to whisk it into a paste with a little room temp chicken broth, then whisk in some slightly warmed chicken broth. Very few clumps, and very tasty when mixed with broth.

I use hot Water, put the instant thermometer in, and when it reads 140, I stir in the powder, and haven't had it clump......I really like this......I made turkey Soup recently, and add a small spoonful of the meat/veggies into the unjury chicken for a change.

As a last resort, you can return it.....they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Good luck, hope this helps!

Thank you all. I am going to quit whining and mix it as you recommend. I had been dumping the spoonfull in the warm Water. I like the taste, just didnt want to eat it with clumps in it LOL. Merry Christmas to all.

So the key is the temperature?

Get the Water to 140 and then add or add to room temperature Water and then heat up to 140?

Heat the Water first, then add the Protein. Heat your cup before adding the Water and powder to help keep it warmer.

I would make it with milk then when it was well blended I would use it to make Tomato or split pea Soup. A power house of Protein.< /p>

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
