Back To Work Tommorow--Need Words Of Wisdom

So tomorrow is the big day. Back to work after 3 weeks recovering from VSG surgery. Planning to weigh and pack my lunch and breakfast. Sip on my decaf tea throughout the day. I'm worried about being tired, running out if energy. Any advice or words of wisdom will be greatly appreciated. By the way, I'm a hospital pharmacist, the job can be mentally and physically demanding at times.

It sounds like you are prepared and ready! I guess my only words of "wisdom" would be to make sure you take full advantage of any breaks you are allowed, and perhaps consider replacing some of that decaf tea you are sipping on with protein shakes if you can tolerate them. You'll need energy and the calories and protein in a shake will help you out. Good luck!

I agree that it sounds like you're well prepared! I went back after 2 weeks and was more than fine but I have a desk job. Hopefully the extra week for you will be enough.

My words of wisdom: I actually like the routine if work days because I find it's easier to get my Protein in etc. So that might be a positive for you too!
