Hey guys, what's up?!

Who remembers Woody's/Carol?! ALLLLL of you, I know! While perusing the boards, which I almost never do, I came across, on the GENERAL board, a thread by one "Woodys", who just happened to have reached her goal a couple days ago!

:update:

I know some of you oldtimers have been wondering how Cloe is. This is to let you know that she is alive & well & doin' great!!! She is very busy with life...not only with their lambing but also with her other job. And if that and her family weren't enough, she is busily working at opening her own business (online and at her home). That being said though, she sound really really happy, energetic, enthused and motivated!

Just thought some of you might like to know why she isn't around and provide you with the update! I'm really happy for her.

Thank you, thank you for your congratulations. :)I lost 45 lbs altogether and I am 5 lbs from the goal which TLBC set for me. The last 15 were kind of a cheat.:phanvan I caught a nasty bowel bug in Mexico and food doesn't stick around all that long.:girl_hug: I gotta get that fixed. I also got to get some more fill. I can eat quite a lot again. I gotta, gotta phone the fill nurse!:straight

Don't you DARE call the fill nurse before you get the Mexican thing taken care of!

Omigawd, Carlene, you are the international woman! :girl_hug: I promise you that I will take care of bizness. :phanvan

By the way, welcome to virtual Canada. You ought to come up for a real visit. It is summer up here and the weather is too hot for me which means that you will feel comfortable, grrl. :biggrin1:

Good! I do not like traipsing all over North America to track you down and fuss you.

I would love to visit Canada! In fact, I found a New England & Canada cruise that I am trying to talk my DGD into. But she's 14 and holding out for something with a beach.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
