Okee dokee, so remember I said in another post that when I clicked 'New Content' on the toolbar at the top and all I could see was new topics and posts from Banders?

You can change this to see only new content from forums you're interested in.

Click 'New Content' along the top. Then on the right hand side you'll see a list (See image 1) which says 'By Content Type', 'By Time Period' and 'By Other'.

Under 'By Other', click 'Filter By Forum'.

Then you'll see a long list (see Image 2) which has your preferences ticked and highlighted in pink.

You have to go through and untick those you don't want (I pretty much had been ticked for all of the Band Forums so this took a while) and then tick those you do want to see new content for!

I did exactly the same thing and it works like a charm. The site is really starting to get back to its old self! Just needed a little fine-tuning!! Starting to see more and more veterans and newcomers alike back in the zone! Great job Alex!
