How Do I Change My Picture For My Name Handle?

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to put a picture on my name handle. I use the phone app but in the settings tgere is no option. Help! :)

    Go to the "more" icon on the bottom click on "profile" then click the blank avatar. It should prompt you from there :)

    All I can see is log out and settings and there is nothing in the settings that says profile
